Important Pre Treatment Instructions;
Avoid NSAIDS such as ,Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Advil, Celebrex, Naproxen and Voltaren .Avoid herbal supplements such as St. John's Wort, oral Vitamin E, gingko biloba, garlic and fish oils. Avoid green tea and alcohol 48 hours prior to your treatment as these may promote the risk of bruising and bleeding in the injection area.
If you are currently taking anti-coagulation medications such as Warfarin, Coumadin, Heparin, Clopidogrel, Plavix, discuss the use of these medications with your healthcare provider prior to your treatment. You may or may not be a candidate for treatment as you need to stop these medications 7 days before microneedling.
If you are prone to cold sores (oral herpes simplex), take your prescribed medication such as Valtrex, Valacyclovir, or Acyclovir ,as prescribed in the 24 hours prior to your treatment.
Avoid retinol creams and exfolliants 5 days before microneedling.

Post Treatment Instructions
DO NOT: wash your skin for 8 hours post treatment
DO Not expose the treated area/s to direct high heat, or engage in activities that will cause you to sweat (e.g. blow dryer, sun exposure, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, very hot shower or bath for 48 hours.
Please bring a hat to avoid direct sunlight on your face immediately post treatment.
