How It Works
RF Microneedling

Tiny, medical-grade microneedles puncture the skin to a controlled depth (often adjustable, e.g. 0.5 mm to ~3.5 mm).

Once the needles are inserted, radiofrequency energy is delivered into deeper skin layers, producing heat that stimulates collagen and elastin production. This helps to “remodel” the dermis increasing firmness, elasticity, and improving underlying structure.
1540 nm Erbium Glass Fractional Laser

The laser delivers fractional energy into the skin, creating controlled microscopic thermal zones, but because it's non-ablative, the outer epidermis remains largely intact.

This helps improve skin surface appearance: texture, tone, fine lines, pigmentation irregularities, and superficial scarring with less downtime than more aggressive ablative lasers.
Because the two technologies target different layers (deeper dermis vs more superficial layers), the combined effect aims to give deeper structural improvement and visible surface rejuvenation.

What to Expect: Treatment & Recovery

Treatment sessions typically take 30 – 60 minutes, after application of a 45 minute application of topical numbing cream (since microneedles are used).

Because the laser is non-ablative (doesn’t vaporize the top skin layer), and the RF microneedling is controlled, downtime is relatively minimal compared to fully ablative lasers. Many people see mild redness or swelling, but recover quickly.

Collagen remodeling happens gradually: while you might notice some early improvements, the full benefits often emerge over weeks to months as new collagen and elastin build up.

For some concerns (scarring, laxity, deeper wrinkles), clinics may recommend a series of treatments spaced out for best results.
